Our Organic Wines
It is just common sense!
Our AOP Côte de Provence organic wines
Brin de Mimosa (Strand of Mimosa) Cuvée [White]
100% Vermentino, the “Brin de Mimosa” cuvée is vinified and matured partially in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats (to bring freshness and reveal powerful aromas), partially in concrete egg (to develop fat and plumpness), and in traditional stoneware jars to enhance the mineral taste and brightness.
The outcome is a complex wine with a perfect balance between freshness and roundness on floral and citrus notes.
Rosée d'Aurore (Morning Dew) Cuvée [Rosé]
The “Rosé d’Aurore” cuvée is the ultimate rosé of Provence.
A blending of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah vinified in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats (16°C) provides this wine with balance, finesse, freshness, and deep aromatic notes (tangerine, grapefruit). A true rosé pleasure!
Rosée des Bois (Forest Dew) Cuvée [Rosé] since 2009
The “Rosée des Bois” cuvée (since 2009) is an unconventional cuvée. It results from a blending of Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Vermentino. It is vinified and aged entirely in concrete egg. This geometry of the vats helps promote the suspension of the lees (batonnage) thanks to a natural and inconspicuous vortex movement.
This technique allows an optimum extraction that gives this wine exceptional roundness and unique mineral notes. The “Rosée des Bois” Cuvée will beautifully enhance with gourmet cuisine from the world.

“Notre Dame des Anges”
Pierres de Moulin (Windmill Stones) Cuvée [Rosé]
The “Pierres de Moulin” cuvée is made of grapes from carefully selected plots in the Notre Dame des Anges (Our Lady of the Angels) designation located on its hillsides.
This rosé reveals a beautiful pale salmon pink color. The palate is balanced with freshness at first, evolving to aromatic notes of white flesh fruits and citrus fruits. The tasting ends with a delicate salivating bitterness and perfect length.
Bonne Chère (Lavish Gourmet) Cuvée [Rouge]
“Bonne Chère” is the name of the parcel from which we collect the grapes (Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan) that make this wine.
A long vatting period (4-5 weeks) is necessary to reach optimum extraction. And a minimum of 12 months of maturation allows the tannins to refine.
This wine reveals intense Syrah and spices notes which are specific to Syrah, the main grape variety in this production.
“Oh! Mes Gars” range – IGP Maures
Wine without added sulfites
The Name « Oh ! mes gars “ (Come on guys!) is a wink to our valuable young winemaker apprentices (they know who they are). They have been helping us dearly during the harvest season for several years and have turned turn this intensive period into a delightful time.
Oh! Mes Gars Carignan Cuvée [Red]
100% Carignan, aged in terra cotta jars (porosity similar to wood without giving woody notes). Pleasant and fruity wine.
Oh! Mes Gars Syrah Cuvée [Red]
100% Syrah, aged in terra cotta jars. Supple and spicy wine, Syrah character
